As of July 20th, 2020, all support through discord, phone, live chat, or email that requires any changes to be made to your account must be confirmed with a support pin. This includes support for both our billing and control panel. This pin is an 8 digit code that updates every two days to ensure your account security and can be found on your billing panel's home page.
